Spoilers:
- GT2 starring inner lines how Golden Cabal met Anna.

- Index and Othinus plans an attack against Anna. Misaka and Misaki joins the plan. The attack is in continious with ITEM battle.

That dumb hat shaped membrane on 545. What was haimura thinking with that and the bump on the top. I don't think either are explicitly mentioned in the text so it was probably all him. The other designs seem to have normal hats.

Assuming you are right and everyone Touma has touched so far could be infected, and said people will spread to others, who do you think presents the biggest problem? Touma’s medical team? Misaki? The clones? I’m assuming Othinus has touched him as well but she may already be with Index and just keeping quiet. Misaki didn’t notice her and neither did the clones.

Normally I would just point you to READ THE NOVELS and be done with it but I don't think anything will happen here anyways.
The whole thing is a team deathmatch following Index 2's final arc (the one with the yellow tongue piercing nun). Some teams smelled blood when they found out that ACs defenses aren't impenetrable as previously thought so they moved in with their secret goals to reach Aleister.

BLOCK and SCHOOL do work for their clients who are implied to be board directors but they also have their own agenda. ITEM was in conflict with SCHOOL over retrieving the Tweezers/protecting the lab. OT15 was basically bunch of different militias doing their own objectives under the pretense of "working the job" except for MEMBER who worked directly for Aleister

The spoiler of questionable validity says she intentionally infects all of them, which implies, at least to me, that she’s not gonna leave their infection up to chance. It also doesn’t mention being airborne.
