Yeah, and SIU endorsed the ToG anime multiple times. You keep ignoring this. GoH is not a faithful adaptation, it's actively changing parts of characters and cut out parts of the story. It, currently, has pretty good production values, but that doe snot make it faithful, nor does it not being faithful make it bad.
The exact same things can be said for the ToG show, which, by the way, you absolutely loved until episode 7 changes something extremely minor and irrelevant to the plot.
