No the balancer site got exploited and they took full responsibility and are going to pay everything back. The problem was with deflationary tokens on balancers site. But after the exploit happend the Statera team found a way to make it work and be completly safe.

Balancer got hacked because of a bug report they ignored, STA/STONK happened to be the target due to being highly popular deflationary tokens.

Balancer is refunding everyone who was affected within a few months from their own pockets.
