Aogami was in the same high priority hospital room as Touma, who was placed in the room closest to the doctors because he was seriously injured and away from the emergency exits, so he couldn't escape. Obviously, he wouldn't have been put in a room like this just because of the burns from the mouse pad. It either hint or red herring.
