Just started reading this genre which gotta say is kinda fun.
Obviously not as disturbing as Junji Ito's work but still fun.
"New" Horror Manga
Does goreporn really count as horror? Its purpose isn't really to scare you.

Why is Pumpkin Night's translation so fucking awful? I am so glad I can read Spanish because Jesus Christ that is some tryhard meme filled wannabe funny bullshit.

Pumpkin Night is washed out.
What's that one anime where the girl can't pay attention to the ghost in front of her or they'll be able to kill her? So they try to trick her into noticing then

Those are straight up comedies.
Ingoshima has a scene where a teacher is breathing afrodisiac fumes and has to keep himself from fucking his students by furiously masturbating.
Ingoshima stops being horror after the first 10 chapters. Becomes another ecchi shonen
HORROR MUST BE SCARY
Back to Zig Forums
But Ingoshima gets rid of its horror elements outside of the guy that eats ass
>It's got blood so it's horror!
IS THAT JOKER FROM PERSONA 5? I LOVE PLAYING HIM IN SMASH AND WATCHING P5 ON YOUTUBE!
The real horror manga are those in which you make characters flesh out themselves, give them development, make the audience attach themselves and then slowly start killing them.
That's real horror, the relatable tragedies.
Chillock lacks a brain
Good to see another fan of Ingoshima here.
I also recommend you check out “starving anonymous”. It’s like a Tool video.
God, Dead Tube is awful. What a waste of a decent artsyle
We don’t read these particular monger for the compelling story or relatable characters. we read them for the blood gore and nudity. Same reason you bought/rented those entertainingly bad grind house VHS tapes at Blockbuster
The first 2 arcs and Justice Man but for the wrong reasons were good, it all went to shit after the Rascal arc
Does Sousei no taiga count as a horror manga?
More of a survival series but I guess it can be tagged horror.
caveman rape definitely qualifies as horror
I really like how it’s sort of addresses the typical tropes you see in Isekai stories. Like it’s in stark contrast to stuff like “in another world with my smart phone” or other similar series. It’s a shame the author turns down animated adaptations of his works. Because in the oversaturated alternate world anime market this would be a breath of fresh air
Embarrassing third rate weebs like you don't know good from bad, be glad you're even allowed to read anything at all, EOP subhuman
