Kamachi has already said there won’t be hoarded of new characters. But I expect there to be at least two new characters if we actually go to Germany: a German Elizard/Katze and an apparent ally for Anna. I say apparent because she may get Terra’d. I don’t think Anna is out of the way completely

The reason she is tired of being the one who grants is probably related that. Maybe Westcott was the straw that broke the camel's back. He did use her to make the GD look legit.

No hoardes of new characters is a good thing though. But if he’s just going to turn older characters like the Sisters into shit, focusing on them will be annoying.

With regards to Misaki being able to control Accel and Kakine but that she still has to be careful about it, I believe it has to do with them having a much more advanced brain/calculation than her. Remember that time she managed to take control of Mikoto only due to her lowering down her guard, yet Mikoto was still able to move around for a while to get Touma out before she went under.

And remember that it was noted that Mikoto could have been able to keep Misaki out but there'd be some backlash that would hurt Misaki so Mikoto ended up relenting. Otherwise it doesn't make sense why Mikoto gave herself up even if she felt pity for Misaki and didn't want to hurt her, cause then she could have just escaped together with Touma in that instance. We've also seen in AB that her own power could backfire on her, I think its possible that the brains of Accel and Kakine could be too complex for her that they'd have some time to notice something is trying and put a countermeasure not only to keep Misaki out but also to "hurt" her.
