Somehow, Kazuhiro Fujita has an ongoing weekly manga, and yet it seems like nobody's actually reading it! Yes, that's the Kazuhiro Fujita who wrote Ushio To Tora and Karakuri Circus.
So I'm gonna dump it here to expose more people to this amazing series.
Souboutei Must Be Destroyed is a shounen action/adventure series wearing the skin of a horror series. It also has a ton of mystery elements and dips its feet into every single genre imaginable. Political drama? Check. Sci-fi? Check. Historical drama? Check. Ghost story? Check. And it meshes all these together into a cohesive plot that constantly defies expectations and plays with tropes in fun and unique ways.
There are 20 volumes out right now and it's probably close to ending, so this seems like a good time to start dumping.
