1: Arc 4 spoilers Yes. But she is actually really young mentally because of some shit that gets revealed during this arc so its more like puppy love and she doesn't really understand what the feeling is at first.
2: Arc 4/5/6 minor spoilers Not really. It's speculated to be Satella but we know a lot of people from earth end up in this world and I don't think she's behind all of it so maybe not.
3: No not really. Arc 6 sort of hints at some possibilities here assuming the point from 2 is correct but nothing concrete.
