How much involvement will kubo have in the upcoming TYBW anime? Going by his past interviews it seems like he used to look over the initial drafts of the episodes after not liking the things pierrot changed/ skipped in the first two arcs of the manga. He also provided character designs for all the filler arc characters as well as movie ones.
Going by what he said in the livestream, he was even involved in choosing the VAs of the sternritters. It would be great if he can add stuff he wanted to but couldn't in the last arc. I remember him saying that Rangiku would play some important role in it but that was scrapped, zero squad defeated off screen except for Ichibe and Nimaiya, a flashback arc like TBTP on the original war 1000 years ago.
This is like the first time where some filler under the mangaka's guidance is needed to flesh out the arc. Also pierrot would need to milk it until Black Clover gets enough chapters to adapt again.

That actually looks way better than I would have expected. Pretty hype to see him and Yoruichi go up. Wish they would have done a Soi-Fon, Gin, Urahara too.

Even without filler it will need 60 episodes. 20 more episodes for an extended ending, original war flashback, dropped plot points and stuff would be enough.
