I'm willing to bet most older mangaka have ended up working for alot of magazines over the years. Was talking about a recent guy (think every pointed out it was the sins mangaka) which is trickier to do since I think most of the major publisher have a non compete clause now they make new authors sign if they want to go to another magazine published by a different company (iirc it only lasted a year or two but I can't remember where I read that or if its even true)
