If you're right for the job, and qualified, you shouldn't fail on the interview part of the process, unless you do something stupid like showing your power level

I actually just had an interview last week at this small private engineering company. I only have 3 years of experience but I'd be in for a nice raise if I got this job. The interview was pretty standard, I filled out some forms with the HR lady before the president (male) and a supervisor (female) came in to interview me. Guy is in his late 40s or early 50s, the woman is probably in her 40s but she's a milf. Standard interview questions, some questions about my resume, do I have experience doing this, that, etc. Interview's going pretty well and the guy asks me if I were to succeed, when can I start? I thought the way he phrased the question was strange so I asked him to clarify "If I were to get the job?" he said yes. I said well, I'd prefer to give my current job two week notice. During this whole process I couldnt help but fight off a boner, it was kind of a random one but the female supervisor was admittedly turning me on (very nice cleavage, tight office skirt, etc). We wrapped up the interview and were walking out but I still had a boner. And when I got up I tried to use my folder to hide it but it was rock fucking solid at this point. The male supervisor left to go attend to something else and the female supervisor saw me awkwardly walking around (because of my boner). She literally takes the folder out of my hand and sees my raging boner nearly thrusting a hole through my business slacks. I was so fucking embarrassed and she just laughed and said it happens. I quickly ran the fuck out of there awkwardly and half smiling and saying thanks for the opportunity and all that bullshit. I havent gotten a call back for the job but I actually did get an email from the female supervisor, who was using what must be her personal email (didnt match her business card). She asked me if I'm free on Friday night to meet to discuss "future positions". I thought this was extremely odd especially coming from her personal email and considering what happened. What do?

I graduated in May this year and have done like 10 or so video/phone interviews overall and have finally gotten one that's now running a background check. It's been a week since and I'm still nervous as shit something will fuck up.

I had a funny situation a few years ago. Interview going smoothly, I have the little lower Manager around my finger, I had it in my pocket and then suddenly... the fucked surprises me with out-of-nowhere handshake that I've fucked up. I don't mean it wasn't firm enough, it was like a faggot illuminati secret handshake kind of thing, they never called me back.
Now I'm laughing, but back then I took it seriously. Boomers are right, it's all about the handshake.

do any of you guys have crippling social anxiety? i guess mine isn't as bad as others who have panic attacks and cant even leave the house so i am grateful for that. still, sweating profusely, blushing and saying the wrong shit is awful bros..im going to make an appointment tomorrow with a therapist and maybe a psychiatrist so i can get some temporary relief while i work it out in therapy

Assuming it isn't then you may as well go meet with her and see what she wants for yourself, no point questioning if it's sexual or not right now. Although I wouldn't go for it if it were sexual, you said she's in her 40s or something and she might be a single mom, a cougar really isn't worth it user (I'm assuming you're not that old yourself). Beta blockers (propranolol) will help with a lot of the physical symptoms (sweating, shakes etc) and have very minimal side effects (you'll get puffed going up stairs and that's about it, no drowsiness). Won't help with the mental side but it's a start. Good luck user
