Theoretically speaking, he's under no direct blessing; therefore it'd be the ridiculous powerlevel Kadomon vs Reinhard with a single Blessing of his choice (since he can use all, but not all at once) and another Dragon Sword.
Don't forget, Reinhard isn't strictly the strongest in-universe, there's the Beastman champion who's supposed to be able to easily go toe-to-toe with him.
