People often meme here but both objectively and by popular acclaim MHA is the highest quality coming out of jump and it also enjoys widespread popularity.
There's no better artist in jump than Horikoshi. Unfortunately. He is probably one the best dynamic artist even outside of Jump. Everyone else is just second rate. Very few mangaka surpass that level. Oda for example is more old school and exells in that. It puts him a cut above the rest which as I said is exceptional. Even Oda said praises because he recognized that in Hori.
Although Hori is already beyond Oda now. Just look at the crazy, original innovations he made in the battle with the best direction in the entire series, Deku vs Gentle. He took Oda's Bellamy fight with the boinging around and then made it look like shit in comparison. Also other series try to use distracting flashy spells or special moves but look at how adeptly Horikoshi can use just a PUNCH to defeat almost all of the enemies, in varied ways with unique emotional attachments. Literally just using punching but by reinventing the blow.
Deku is probably the greatest protagonist of all time.

Boichi draws the Stone chapters in 3 days and they are leaps and bounds over MHA, as well as always the full 18 pages or more, unlike frail Horikoshi who dies from corona every other week putting out mayor asspulls in 12 page chapters.
