With Haikyuu now having ended and HxH still on hiatus, My Hero Academica is now the second oldest manga running in Jump after One Piece. This already felt weird when Haikyuu was the second oldest but this is crazy

Weird. It still feels like a "new" series to me.

Absolutely. Particularly if you were one of those like me who read Horikoshi's previous works that got cancelled and saw MHA as his last chance back when the pilot chapter came out

This image is about 5 or 6 years old

Haikyu lasted more than 400 chapters and ran longer than basically every Jump classic and is the longest Jump sports series ever.

And yet barely anything relevant has happened in over 270 chapters.

Imagine still reading wan piss in 2020 literally a boomer manga

Re-Destro was one of the biggest wasted potential in all of MHA

Sleep tight, Prince of Volleyball.

Whoa, you mean series end and are replaced as time continues to progress? I can't habeeb it.

>almost half the roster is from this year alone
Christ, what went wrong?

Oh fuck, I remember when this image was only just starting to gray out the characters

It really feels weird that absolutely nothing from the 2000s is running in Jump

A lot of stuff ended

all series from 2016 ended

Here's a slightly more colorful one.

>tfw picking up every new series as they start but can't be bothered to read the backlog of old series so the more old series end the more of Jump I end up reading every week
once Bokuben ends I'll be reading everything except One Piece and Black Clover

Luffy would have called izuku a pussy bitch

Kill yourself

Togashi'd art is fucking shit

DO WE EXIST!?

Everything in 2017 and up will end this year or next year.
mha will end in 2022, OP in 2028

>Togashi'd art is fucking shit
is an acquired taste

So which is getting the axe for Kubo's new work?

>So which is getting the axe for Kubo's new work?
Agravaty kids

YES WE DO

AB. Maybe it's gonna take plagiarism and boner with it.

Same.

same

>not reading OP
Fucking newcancers, no wonder the threads are awful.

One Piece or the OP of this thread?

Why the break next week?

Pray for Ashihara

National Holiday?

>left to right
wtf is this garbage

One Piece sucks now and is dead to me, so it already feels to me like we're a in a new era and nothing is left.

Why should we bother? I can read around 4-5 different series and enjoy them much more rather than read uncompleted OP.

What are the odds that Togashi has been functional for a while and he's quietly building up backlog waiting for Jump to relaunch him?
