We have been discussing the idea of revealing the team’s identity for some time now, and we decided it was time to reveal our identities to the public.
We will be disclosing our identities on our next website update, which should occur within 3 weeks from now, although potentially sooner.

It's a dapp to reward early investors for a short period of time before their main dapp the DAO balancer. Reason it can't go on forever is there is a cap on the supply, would be impossible to.
