Jiren is still the strongest antagonist there has ever been. He is easily fast enough to evade Moro's succ as well as beat the shit out of him just like UI Sign did. Except, he does NOT have problems in the offensive department like Goku and has nearly infinite stamina. So, even being EXTREMELY generous to Moro and literally LOWBALLING Jiren as hard as we can, he would still win.
REALISTICALLY of course, we have to account for the fact that Jiren EASILY punches UI Sign Goku right in the face in his first attempt and literally mocked him for only being able to dodge instead of landing hits (showing again the weak offense of Sign), which clearly proves he is way ABOVE Sign. More than that, MUI is obviously far superior to Sign and Jiren literally became stronger while fighting it. Whis HIMSELF said Jiren getting faster as the fight went on until he reached the point where he was able to hit MUI and literally oneshotted Goku. Thus, realistically, Jiren's full power is MUI tier, which is WELL above Moro.
This arc is so fucking bad. The whole thing has just been Moro clowning on Goku and Vegeta again and again. This whole chapter was just torture porn straight out of DBM. And the big climax is Merus, no one's favorite character, vs ASSPULLRO.
There's two ways you can interpret this (at least until Toyotaro gives an explanation):
1 - Moro is talented and can have mastery over these techniques while Seven-Three isn't and can only maintain them for 30 minutes
or 2 - Moro permanently has the abilities Seven-Three had when he absorbed him (Piccolo's and maybe Gohan's) but still has a time-limit for newly acquired abilities like Vegeta's.
Moro clearly said "the abilities Seventhree copied are now mine forever", the abilities the robot copied before the absorption. The abilities Seventhree had stored are Moro's now, that's all, he never said any ability he copies later (like Vegeta's) has no limit.
