assuming this is a genuine question, the first fight was under chrollo's ideal conditions. hisoka decided to stop giving people ideal conditions after losing so badly.

Exactly. Togashi has made it clear that he loves subverting expectations. He even said that he wrote Chrollo winning because he wanted it to be the first fight where the overconfident one that states that he has no chance of losing, actually wins. He will subvert expectations again and brought back Hisoka just so that Chrollo could put the clown down for good. I expect many casualties in the PT, but Chrollo will win.
