Omens retarded policies let this super opinionated question get through. Both sides are adamant that they are correct. Tons of big stacks heavily vested in 302 voting. When one side loses, they'll not only lose PNK, but also feel like the platform has failed. Will likely see a price dump regardless of a yes or no decision.

I agree that the question is stupid and poorly worded, but I think it will set a standard for how questions are interpreted in the future. For example, in my eyes the question should be interpreted completely how it is written, literally. So when it says "reported", and "reputable source", these are the keywords that stick out to me the most. I think the majority of people should be voting yes on this, based on the information that was provided in the question. I get where you're coming from, and I could definitely see that happening though. But in my eyes, it's fairly obvious that any questions should be self-contained and be interpreted exactly as they are written, correct or incorrect. Does this make sense? I don't even understand why people are voting on no... I hope that when the case is settled it will be very one-sided, otherwise I'm afraid that your prediction will come true. I can't see the case because I'm not part of it, would you happen to know how many votes are on either side of the argument so far?
