A girl can get pregnant with random guy using his sperm or with a gay man friend help so that is better than some royal families buildup.
IPS doesn't really exist, but if there was possible to create a fetus by joining two egg cells together from two genetically different females it then all is ok.
Only tricky part might come if the child would be a clone of the mother without any foreign DNA in the mix.

Its specifically because there's legal superstructure that insulates donor from things like child support and the donee from interference from the donor. Additionally, screening for quality of donors is outsourced to the bank, making the process of finding a suitable candidate simpler, as well ensuring impregnation since that is not statistically guaranteed. Not to mention the "turkey baster" method may not be desirable on its own terms.

If you had paid attention to this clone research thing, you'd have noticed that over the last 10 years or so information has been sometimes swept under the rug. The governments are hiding info on this. Besides, if you're not a biologist yourself, you can't actually do any of this since you have no knowledge/skills.
