I was kinda salty about it because back when it wasn't popular, I was bullied a bit here and there for enjoying it. Nowadays, people who wouldve shit on me for enjoying anime/manga back in the day are asking me for recs and really trust my opinions on what shows to watch. Sure, their taste is kind of basic at times, but it's nice to feel like I'm guiding them towards better choices.
