Japan - individual rights very high. Very traditional. Relatively crypto friendly.
China - easy to setup business and get visa for little money. Most foreigners like Shanghai cause it's very western and clean. Ntb for crypto but biggest challenge is foreign currency exchange. Crypto is mostly OTC but some exchanges accept rmb. Difficult if you don't know Mandarin.
Singapore - strict laws, good for family, but expensive. Visa can be hard to get.
HK - expensive, very separate western and local life, easier for currency exchange, probably not good for family life. Crypto is pretty good there. Unsure about visa situation without a job offer, probably hard though. I dislike everyone there, very tense, edgy, foreigners are really annoying and have supremacist mentality.
