Currently rewatching Monogatari and I got to say, if this isn't the greatest, or one of the greatest, than what could be?
For one it's epic and only gets better over it's run, for two it involves some of the most talented individuals from across the industry and was based on arguably some of the best LNs.
Currently rewatching Monogatari and I got to say, if this isn't the greatest, or one of the greatest...
I want to kiss Yotsugi.
>he can't keep getting away with it.png
Gross. Isn't she like a 100-year-old corpse or something?
I want to look at her panties
What did he see? Was it something supernatural?
someone like this
>someone
there's a person under there?
me
I often wonder if anyone actually unironically likes snek.
for me, it's math
It's the best.
It's one of the best things to ever come from Japan overall.
If Sodachi fiasco doesn't get an adaptation I will literally cry
Agreed.
Still need to read the LNs other than Bake and too lazy to find them online.
But hope Monster and Off seasons can somehow get an adaptation.
> than what could be?
Fucking Madoka Magica from the same studio.
too short, too girly, and the movie has a divided consensus
I used to think the same as you though
Was there ever a definitive agreement over which Araragi was best?
anons, serious question
I watched madoka years ago, I wanted to give it a try again this week but when I start I literally loose my interest instantly. The characters are so uninspired it hurts, and its a shame since Shaft is my favorite studio and the art in Madoka is awesome.
Should I force myself to watch it again, is it deeper than placing random moe characters in a serious situation and time travel bullshit? With so many people praising it, I feel bad for disliking it.
You decide whether it's worth all its praise, but it's definitely worth a rewatch.
take a guess
Karen is the only girl Araragi had sex with excluding Crab
No, it's a shitty ecchi harem and you are retarded.
Speaking of crab, as a non book reader what is the definitive evidence she fucked Kaiki?
I see it memed here pretty hard and just want to know whether there
s some truth to it, there conversations in koi seemed a bit . . . intimate.
brainlet
and yet you have no answer for op's question, funny how gatari fans can casually say it's the best without fear and you are too afraid to give an alternative
She says she's a virgin a couple of times during Bake. And in Koimonogatari she offers her body to Kaiki and he splashes coffee in her face, I'd say nothing happened
tfw you learn Yoko Hikasa was in Monogatari
Madoka Magica strength lies in its writing and world structure, magical girls are just closed loop of suffering, every scene had a meaning, every plot point was tied so well. It also digs into human nature, humans are incomplete creatures and that's what make us beautiful and make us despair at the same time.
I won't say it get good at certain episode, but by the time I was on ep 7 I knew this will be a work to remember.
Few other things are such unrestrained "here's how the world really works, and here's how to actually try to connect with people and bring about the outcomes you wish without getting caught up in oughts and shoulds and notfairs"
