Not saying its better or worse but Murata is pretty amazing to be honest.

I think there was a manga called Innocent that was stupid detailed and looked really nice.

I assume you've read 4 manga then

One Piece has better art. It's unique and fits the story perfectly, Berserk on the other hand has very stiff poses and pretends to be detailed by just having a lot of cross hatching

>Berserk
>good art

That seems like something that's woth reading, and it reminds me of a comic about some fairies coming out of a child's corpse and living in the forest

nice falseflag

yes

You didn't even mention why my argument is wrong because you know I am right

So when is the next chapter? Is it another 8 months from now?

Vagabond is better

Better art

Eh. At least I can pretend it ended at a nice point in the story. Miura on the other hand doesn't even have the indecency to say that he doesn't want to draw Berserk anymore

Hand drawn Berserk has the best art in manga for me.
Vagabond at it's peak was also fairly close and Murata's OPM is great in it's own way.
Araki's art is overrated, he captures what he wants perfectly and is good at making iconic images when he wants to but the details just aren't there usually, it gets propped up a lot by artfags because he's actually artsy with his drawings.
Incoming cope and Anons fishing for (you)s by trying to convince anyone that post-2000s isn't the golden age of manga art.

Only one manga has surpassed it.

Araki was weekly for most of his run. Berserk, Vagabond, and (to my knowledge) OPM aren't. Eyeshield was but I haven't seen enough art from that to judge it. And his art got much better with SBR. It's still good in JJL sometimes but a combination of just wanting to draw differently and old age affected it I imagine.

peak kino

Prime example of SOULLESS

Vagabond WAS a weekly manga though, while Berserk was biweekly.

Kengan Ashura can hit or miss, but when it's a hit, it hits hard

Shut the fuck up Murata is far better mangaka when it comes to art and backgrounds (also fight scenes)

>inb4: murata fanboy
No i'm not. But i realise that he's very good at drawing

But does anyone draw better women than Ryoichi Ikegami?

Yikes, underage.

>Murata better than Muira
No way fag.

If I'm interested in reading Berserk, where should I start? Isn't there a chapter 0 and shit?

Never said that. But he's very good too

I had someone tell me before that while Vagabond was in a weekly manga it almost never came out weekly. The extent of Berserk's hiatuses always confuses me because he was pretty solid early on (though there were still plenty of holes), and it's still good art for twice a month. Two weeks vs one week is still a difference. And something about how Araki composes pages just makes it seem really great. If you compare it to the anime for instance, the manga's art is just more "striking", like there's more depth to it than they manage to portray in the anime.
