That's a good question, if it isn't straight up restoring titles/memories then it might be a power focused on seeing or messing with memories. I'd doubt it's going to be anything broken as current gluttony's authority though.

Its not. It has the Satella intangibility factor too, if Subaru so wanted he could reach inside someone's heart with that hand and kill them. Until Subaru is required to be able to fight independently, I don't think he will purify it until then.

Although there's a number of people that can also kill you with a touch or if you get in arm's reach of them so it's not completely out of bounds, especially since he doesn't have good ranged defenses or really much in the line of defense at all.
