I use to work as a delivery driver. Most businesses have a file for you when you order to make things easier for the delivery guy. While it's true they'll always ask for the address of you had ordered from us before when we lunch the address into the POS you're file will come out with all the relevant information

Actually most employees are forced to pay at least minimum wage if they don't get it in tips. It's even an archaic thing in the US and only as a formality to be nice anymore.
