I've said it before and ill say it again, that guy actually posted in the thread before that post where he said he bought some silver. Nobody noticed the first post so he decided to take one for the team with his ID and act like a cuck for the crowd. Realitys disappointing

fun fact: I drank 20oz of prune juice and a cup filled with salt water (celtic sea salt) about a month ago, and I fuck you not, I shitted 15-20lbs of pure shit for about 8 hours.
yeah, honestly DYOR on the drinking salt water, cause it can be somewhat dangerous. I drank about 3 gallons of water in 3 days before doing it so im over hydrated for it. Then after you completely shit your brains out for an entire day, only drink vegetable, fruit, yogurt, protein powder smoothies from a blender to replenish. cause you're flushing out all the good stuff too. tons of water, probiotics, and massive smoothies for like 3 days after. I lost a ton of weight, and feel unreal honestly. I do it like once a year.

>let's mine gold in asteroid with billion dollar mining operations it's a nice promising future, but not anywhere to being a threat yet
Alexander Cruz
lol, we can't even mine gold from the ocean, which is right here, and people think we're about to get it from asteroids millions of miles away.
Actually, there are gold dredge operations. They just have high extraction costs.

Okay miner anons, a few months ago I bought into PureGold, Sandstorm, DRD, and the GDXJ. All of which made some ok gains but are now crabbing along. Is there more room for growth in these or should I pick up something different?
>mine gold but why do that we know where it is and its safe lets just sell paper contracts on the gold in the asteroid. As long as no one takes delivery its all the same, right?
If I go mine gold on asteroids, I'm hodling in space, not bringing it back here. >ad astra per aspera

are they actually dredging in the ocean, or just in some inland water way? seems like they'd have to process an awful lot of material, and i don't see how they could do that profitably on the ocean.
Luis King
There is lots of room for growth, the problem with miners right now is COVID affecting operations. Even big banks are calling for gold to go up at least another 10% this year (some calling for it to go up 50%). By the end of next year gold will probably be double where it is at now. Once (if) gold miners get beyond the COVID closures / distribution difficulties, they are going to have huge gains.

I need a stock pick for miners. I already have >silj >avino >skeena >metallic metals
There are some very cheap OTM options on Sandstorm (exp date Jan 2021) if you've got a high risk tolerance.

>Local boomer selling monster boxes for $22/oz >Normally sells to coin or exchange stores in bulk >Won't sell anything less than a full box
Sucks because I'd gladly pay, but don't have 11 grand to just drop on a moment's notice.
Depends what your risk tolerance is. Personally I have a big enough physical stack that I am looking for very high risk gold and silver based plays for the rest of my cash, so I am trading far OTM options with exp dates past the election. But that is a high risk high reward play.
Owen Torres
I’ve never traded options but I definitely need to increase my beta bc I’m mostly in physical rn

The list of five stocks which PM user gave before he left us is doing very well. Euro Sun +10%, Wallbridge +4%, and Newrange Gold is up 24%.

If the USD has to do a reset (like other countries have done after hypinflation) I think it will be reset based on gold or silver because they will need to do something to restore legitimacy to the currency in order to secure international trade. This is different than when other countries have had to reset, because those countries typically reset relative to the USD (see Venezuela adopting USD), the USD can't do that so it has to reset relative to something else - that will probably be gold.
However being backed by gold or silver doesn't mean the currency is fixed for all time. What they will have to do is peg the old currency to new currency to gold - something like 50000:50:1 (so you exchange 50000 old currency for 50 new currency which is backed by 1oz gold). What they can do afterwards is devalue the new currency over time just like they do to fiat - changing the ratio to 60:1, 70:1, 80:1 etc (the equivalent of the Roman Empire reducing the purity of their silver coinage), and then eventually abolish the gold standard entirely (again) and start the fiat cycle all over again.
