Pretty spot on. I'd say Julius should be saved as a trump card (this won't happen though for obvious reasons) and should be the last fighter to go out since he's incredibly broken in this format.

Purgatory probably thinks the same with Toa.

Seriously how the hell would you beat Julius when you can't go for lethal blows and ringout rules are in place. A Julius v Toa match is painfully obvious.

Agito and Ohma are better as counter picks, they need 6 counters and they are only flexible ones (perhaps, Akoya too) to do the job out of "first picks".

You want flexible characters to be available as first choices though, since the gimmicky ones could just get hard countered.

It saddens me, mostly due to the fact that I want to see how either side would try counter the literal muscle-monsters. Seeing Wakatsuki go forward to beat down another giant would be wild.

If I were Kengan I'd desperately try to force a Waka, Raian or Agito match vs Toa and save Julius for match point.

Imagine if Kengan was 6-4 vs Purgatory, they have the counter pick and they send out Julius. They'd practically win.

I really can't see what kind of bullshit they could use that isn't kaiju vs kaiju. The only thing I can think of is more poison but Falcon appears to be the main poison user.
