What the fuck are you talking about? There is no reserve backing AMPL. That's one of the great things about AMPL, it's just oracles and a contract. No reserves, no liquidations, no complex governance mechanisms, no rentseekers.
Oracles feed AMPL/USD price to the contract ==> Contract updates the universal multiplier based on the formula in the contract, which expands or shrinks all balances
