Every character in Chainsawman is a fucking gag character except Aki, Angel and Makima. Which isn't bad, mind you, it's fun to read. The problem is when retards like you take it way out of proportion and keep saying how kino it is.
Fairy Tail had at least a dozen characters who went through better character building and development than anyone in CSM, Erza, Gajeel, Jellal, Ultear, etc, the list goes on.

I like the Aki-Denji relationship from Aki's view. He really did see Denji as a brother.
What I was not convinced of was Denji's bond with Aki. Denji has been shown to be a closed off individual and while I feel that he is basically family with Power, I did not get that feeling from he and Aki. The bonding that they underwent did not feel as though it went far enough to sell Denji's half of this fight.

I put it down to the manga's pacing not giving enough time for Denji's development lately.
Epitaph is my theme of choice for Aki, has been for months.

We've had plenty of geopolitical references like Reze being from the Soviet Union, and the international assassins arc, along with the gun devil being split into pieces over multiple countries.

I think to collect the gun devil, Denji is gonna go international which is what Reze and doll arcs were foreshadowing.
