Out of fanservice, I always saw CC as an older sister for Lelouch: I liked to think/see that Lelouch gave her humanity back not through a romantic feeling, but by giving her a family, friends. Nunnally and Lelouch as her family, her siblings, and Kallen, Kaguya, Suzaku, the Black Knights, Ashford as her friends. And those bonds, those reawaken emotions/feelings wouldn't end, wouldn't be meaninless once Lelouch was gone. Because, at the end, bonds created by real affection/love are forever and they dont depend on anyone but yourself.

Even if it's canon AU, the plot did feel a lot like fanfiction. Lelouch, from the perspective of the other Black Knight members and former Britannian royatly, was still the worst villain in the history of mankind and Suzaku thought that by dying, Lelouch atoned for all of his crimes. But not only he got rezzed and became immortal, not only Suzaku and the others only showed a little animosity at the beginning before suddenly forgiving him, but also they gave him command over a military squad, and they all followed his orders with little question.

if her immortality is just a form hypercharged regeneration then she should be as fertile as a rock, since eggs that die off won't regenerate either way. But if her immortality also prolongs the life of individual cells, then there's a good chance that she'll be ready to breed for millenia to come, since she got her code while she was still pretty young.
