Using Blaster as extensively as she did in StrikerS permanently crippled Nanoha's magical output slightly and the Force weapons were still being iterated on to work out all of the issues. I would've loved to see where she eventually got to once the later stages of the story started though.

The whole point of the Blaster system is that it trades off your future for power in the present, StrikerS made a big point of that when it was introduced. Shamal states that Nanoha's maximum output lowered by 8% immediately following StrikerS in the epilogue Sound Stage and begs her to rest in case it help her recover some. Nanoha refuses, and even states that if it's up in the air that resting would restore some of her lost potential, she would rather keep going than potentially waste time.

Not really, especially not in the pure power department. Vita is the only other one that came close in sheer effort and she wasn't specifically using an amplifier that backfires on you.

Nobody else but Nanoha used the Blaster System back in StrikerS, and the Blaster system is basically an overclock.
Anything above Blaster-1 is effectively trading your own life for power.
