Question:
Archer Shirou is an alternate universe Shirou who won the holy grail war and wished to become a savior for eternity, right?
However, the grail doesn't grant wishes, it releases Angry Manjew, right? So why did it turn Shirou into a savior instead of killing humanity, etc.?
Unless EMIYA's universe holy grail wasn't infected by Angry Manjew, right? But if that's the case then Shirou would never have wanted to become a hero in the first place because there would have been no fire for him to be rescued from?

Same reason both Kiritsugu and Irisviel should not be Illya's parents in Prisma Illya universe. They would have never met and Iri never even created if there had been no grail wars in that universe in the first place.

>get a job as an immortal time traveler able to experience what the future holds and witness historical events in the pass with the downside being killing a few people who most likely deserve Death in order to save the world
>Ahh boo hoo I wanted to save lives not take :

He never won HGW, world gave him power to save bunch of people in exchange for eternal servitude as janitor.

Why didn't the world do the same for Kiritsugu too? Didn't Kiri also want to be a hero?

It did, Kiritsugu is also Counter Guardian.

Well now I just feel silly.

when did him make a contract with the world, he died peacefully.

Some weird timeline just like Shirou.

In another alternate world where he never got involved with the Einzberns and the HGW. He just kept going as a magus killer, made a contract with the world, and became a red janitor.

so no F/SN, filtered

Yes, as proven by HF being the canon route.

Kek.

>HF being the canon route
bullshit

So the Kiritsugu we know did not become a counter guardian.

I'd say so. I feel bad for Archer, he's basically stuck in an eternal hell, and the one opportunity he gets to even possibly free himself from his hell, his Highschool self is too stuborrn to even fucking listen.

Aren't all the routes canon?

By the "true ending of Fate/Stay Night" she is referring to Mind of Steel, user.

>tiger dojo
knock knock hello this is last episode, what's going on here

There's no scene called "Mind of Steel" in the VN, tourist.

Doesn't Hollow Atraxia reference all routes of F/SN? And, besides, the game labels Fate, UBW, and HF all as the True Ends.

Mind of Steel, Superhero, same shit faggot.

That line and Last Episode both exist in Realta Nua. Them not changing the line proves that HF True is the canon end.

Hollow Ataraxia is a fandisk rather than a proper sequel, though.
>the game labels Fate, UBW, and HF all as the True Ends.
Fate True and UBW True are the true ends of their respective routes. HF True is the true end of F/SN.

You mean Femme Fatale.

Or perhaps Archer is too immature to deal with the consequences of the actions of himself while he was younger. The CG Archer is completely separate from future or past Shirou, he's not even a real person anymore, but an imprint inside of the throne, he also knew it and was aware of it (The only exception among servants to that is Artoria as she's technically still alive in Avalon). He just went to try and kill Shirou to blow off steam, not because he believed there was a tiny chance he'd time paradox himself out of existence.

Concept of true ending is completely meaningless in setting with multiverse.

the dojo is just comic relief fanservice, nothing said there should be taken seriously

Yeah, all that info about scrapped routes and avoiding bad ends was totally a joke.

I see you are familiar with the concept of strategy guides
