She is currently enrolled at St. Gabriel’s School for Girls. After Setsuna and Moroha come to the present and meet her, she returns to the Sengoku era to retrieve Setsuna’s sleep. She wears a male uniform because it’s easier to fight in. She is actually Sesshoumaru’s daughter, who lives in the Sengoku era.

In actuality, when she was 4 years old she was separated from her older sister Towa, and 10 years later she and Moroha travel through time to the present. There she reunites with Towa. However, because her sleep was stolen by the Dream Butterfly (Yume no Gochou), she has no memories of her childhood. She doesn’t believe Towa when she says she’s her older sister. Towa and Moroha return to the Sengoku era to retrieve her stolen sleep, but… She is thought to have inherited her calm and level-headed personality from Sesshoumaru.

She wields the youkai blade Kurikaramaru. People call her “Moroha the Monster Killer”. When she puts on lipstick from a shell compact adored with a red pearl, she runs wild as “Beniyasha, Destroyer of Realms” (Kunikuzushi no Beniyasha). She has a lively and cheerful personality. Compared to Setsuna and Towa, she is the one with the most practical worldly experience. In reality she is Inuyasha and Kagome’s daughter, however because she’s been living alone since she was young she doesn’t know much about her parents.
