Well there are certainly good manhwa, but a majority of the uber popular ones are the same shit over and over again. Each good manhwa is one which tells a story or shows moral dilemma and not some retarded cultivation plot line

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Japanese Anime and manga has become so culturally influential that they're being copied by the US, China, Korea, and all sorts of other places. However a copy cannot surpass the original; Korean, and Chinese knockoff stuff is every bit as shallow and normalfaggy to them as Netflix/CR original trash is for the west. All they can do is copy tropes and artstyle, they don't have the creative culture that spawned and Anime/Manga and will continue to evolve it.

Other countries copying japan AND it working in their respective industries just proves Japan's artistic and cultural superiority.
