It's the same desu. Though I'm starting to hate season 3 a lot. It's always about muh whiteknighting hachiman.
>yukinofags suck.
Iroha is cute.
>yukino's superiority lives in your head
I think all of the seasons are same more or less.
What a cutie
OreGairu stayed the same. What changed is you got more mature and wise to how mediocre it was.
When I first saw Oregairu, I thought Hachiman was a super smart ultrachad with some trauma. Now I know he was no-shit fucked up the entire time and it colored my entire perception of the early volumes.
It's the opposite way round. It started off somewhat interesting, then incrementally descended into soppy, vapid drama.
It's incredibly mediocre consistently. The only way you'll ever enjoy Oregairu is if you haven't seen other anime that pull off it's exact same premise but better.
This. I miss when it was the adventures of literally me batman. Now it's just what you said, and it's not even engaging in the way Okadashit is.
Is there any series where the Yui-type character (the hesitant gyaru?) wins in the end? Like the girl from AnoHana, for example.
he's not "fucked up" hes just a loser, he has no trauma
You mean worse, right?
Yame wins chad cock in Hajimete no Gal anime adaptation (don't read manga).
The ultimate school-type anime for me is Monogatari. Is there anything that comes close to Shaft's slideshow style and impeccable OPs?
This. S1 was great. What a waste.
I like the new stuff, but S1 was super comfy.
It was comfy, but you could tell that they were running out of steam by the end of it. The S1 OVA was just pure fluff.
I kinda really like the show. While waiting for the current season, I rewatched the old ones and read the manga.
Just the right amount of relationships-stuff, fun and snarkiness for me. No great drama but no over the top wacky shit and best MC.
From the very first chapter it was clear that the book would be an exercise in resolving the author's primal anxieties about alienated, uncool loners. How can someone seriously pick this book up and think you were meant to sympathize with Hachiman?
I only wish there was some unironic NTR, but the author was too disingenuous for that.
Season 1 have its own charm. But others are fine too.
>best MC
The MC is a total pussy when it counts. As one whose had a couple of threesomes in my time, he could easily pull it off if he played his goddamn cards right. Just look at the way Yui snakes up close to Yukino in emotional moments.
If you want something similar but done right, read: Onani Master Kurosawa
pretty much.
i tried to rewatch the first season and i just can't get through it with how much teenage angst there was
i can't believe i was so stupid to like this show when it aired
Yep I agree. I’m not sure if it’s just nostalgia, but the art style, OP, and character interactions were great for me in S1.
>The MC is a total pussy when it counts.
Yes, he is very relatable.
Yeah, especially the part were multiple attractive girls want his dick for no reason is very relatable.
And nothing like romcoms at all.
Fuck hachiman, whiteknighting for yukinofag.
This anime isn't realistic, loners like hachiman don't get pussy especially in japan, the life of a loner in japan would be that of a hikimomori, really wish anime does an anime like this, this is just pure escapism at its finest and I fucking hate the stupid autist speech between yukinofag and 8man.
Season 1 was the weakest but it built character development for a lot of the cast. It keeps getting more interesting. Honestly writing is really good. Makes you think. You are always interested in what will be said next. Well thought out animations. A really good show all around.
oyakodon!
It's self insert escapism for none-powerfags.
very few realistic anime most of it is escapism, like why can't there be a realistic anime for once like scum's wish that talk about problems we face? Fucking hate escapism.
