You're lying of course, but what you can do is convert a portion of it to WBTC so that you can use it within the ETH ecosystem then put it onto Aave and get a loan taken out using the BTC as collateral and then pay for it with that.
When you convert it to USD or any other token you are liable for taxes on the gains, which is reported as income so you will likely go up many tax brackets and be able to get a huge line of traditional credit as well. However, if you don't want to pay taxes it will be very difficult for you to get any form of credit or a loan. Definitely do not sell it and buy a house outright though it's like 6% interest max and would be a massive shame to miss out on holding BTC during the 30years you'll have the mortgage.

JPMorgan has also started doing crypto management so they will have your keys which is pretty cringe, but it is another way to get your coins into the traditional ecosystem without losing exposure; however, you will need to actually talk to a banker and they have not responded to me yet.
