CASE 302: YES COMEBACK

A lot of votes just came in and it might look like Yes still has a change

Yes: 112
No: 124

PSA one (1) team member accounts for 80 of the 'no' votes

I own 11k units of this. I wanna kms

See, told you. There's no point in skewing the system

>he bought the top
you had 8 months

When does the case end? By that I mean when do we get the verdict?
Do you think Vitalik is a juror?

This would indicate a yes vote.

team members voting this early in the project is retarded and should have been stipulated against
of course they'll hold the tokens but staking them in the courts (and getting people interested in earning income from court cases and seeing their votes matter) produces a huge turn off for users and investors alike

This. I have faith in the project longterm as I know a lot of others do but this dev shouldn’t have stuck his nose in and potentially ruined it for everyone else.

i'm hoping worst case he just set the project back by a few (maybe several) months
people now know the courts are going to be rigged by the employees going forward, so people wanting to join for staking income will leave knowing their votes won't matter if a whale always wins

I can barely comprehend him even doing it, it’s so damn stupid and shortsighted. The actual project is near perfect but gaming it like this was ridiculous. Having the votes public was stupid too. Good news for noPNKers though, they have a better entry incase they missed it before that pump from case hype.

Actually, omen not allowing challenge/arbitration is the problem not kleros.

>buy it now so you too can be scammed
ngmi

agreed, but going forward - any new case initiator needs to be prepared for team members to use their massive stake + twitter shilling influence to take positions against them

imagine you're some random user trying to make a case and then the team takes a position against you and advertises it to tons of followers who look up to them?

Yes.

>hey lets have a kangaroo joke crypto court where yes/no voters can just rig it and buy out jury bidders, and devs themselves get to bid and rig it, AND any whale can bid at any time and win rendering all other jurors irrelevant regardless of what the correct vote actually is

Yeah great product here guys im sure this is going to see widespread usage

>He doesn't know Clement's end game (prob >1m Pnk lol)
>Clement has personally messaged our discord private server that he directly ordered the dev to vote no
> this is a test to remove sheeple early in the project, while rewarding true based jurors of justice with the Massive Dev stake, the reward for case 302 is much more then just 0.07 ETH
>Screencap this it is very likely to 404 the thread just like the last one.
>seethe no voters lol

The project is officially a failure. So much for decentralized courts

if this is true holy shit

why?

Honestly user, I initially had the same opinion but after engaging with the team in the Telegram my stance is a bit more nuanced. Some important points:
1) Devs have a right to vote as a juror just as much as any other random person and they are probably more likely to vote honestly given their stake in the project;
2) At this early stage, their voting weight acts as a protection against 51% attacks by actors with bad intentions;
3) There is another dev with 80 votes who hasn't voted yet. If he votes yes, the two dev votes cancel each other out.

It's scary, but I believe they did it with the best of intentions. Regardless, the best way to further decentralize the juror base is to attract new holders who stake their PNK so as time goes on the distribution of PNK should become more equal and this won't be an issue anymore.

This is comfy, known leader and CEO of the sats gang PnD group. Highly recommend that no one takes this scammer seriously.

One team member singlehandedly changing the outcome of the court's decision by having his single vote count as 80. Hopefully somebody will fork the project and use ETH instead

Vitalik is such a piece of shit

theres another team member thats yet to vote retard. why havent they stacked no? you would be right

Just as planned

What are you on about? Just trying to have an informed discussion.

Btw there is currently a Kleros Improvement Proposal to activate commit/reveal in the general court, which would solve the anonymity issue. It has 100% backing so far. Once these issues are ironed out the sky will be the limit for PNK. Watch from the sidelines at your own peril.

>the token crashing 50% is actually part of the plan

I was going to invest in this but decided against it after this court case. Mob rule or majority rule isn’t always justice. It should be a random juror pool like US court system, not something totally p2p where DEV whales basically decide the outcome
