Unless the trigger warning is an unskippable chapter, which nothing in that tweet says it is even though you say it's "forced", then it's no more forced than the shitty ads or logos that already play in front of domestic releases. There's probably not even any audio for it which already makes it less obnoxious than the crying baby ad on all of Sentai's releases.

That second thing you mentioned looks like an extra, as in something you have to go under the extras menu to find and can easily ignore otherwise. If you want to complain about unnecessary bonuses on dvds then you're 20 years too late.
