Well the real fun is getting it out.
I had to pay a lawyer to send them a threatening letter before they'd release my 20k gains.

Well I made 20k on my initial ETH investment, had some shit happen to my mom and had to take care of her. So I tried to pull my money out, the transfer would never complete so I kept trying for a MONTH. Support emailed me back to insinuate that I had put the wrong account or routing number so the transaction had been declined.... I went to my bank and verified from the BRANCH FUCKING MANAGER MY INFO WAS Correct.
Emailed them again that it was in fact correct, support kicked back a generic email to say problem had resolved. But still no money in my account.
Got fed up went to an attorney, he sent them a certified registered mail copy of a notarized "demand letter of payment" suddenly five days after he got the mail receipt, boom money was in my account.
