Guess they were really seriously about being the Evangelion of the Love Live genre.
Revue Starlight Rondo x3
I heard there were new scenes and more polished revues. Is it too?
Haven't heard about changes to the revues themselves, but yeah they added a new ending scene and post credits.
Karen fucking dies because she altered Starlight in order to save Hikari.
>spoiler
Damn, guess I have no choice but to go see it despite all those Corona-chan running around then.
It's apparently very bloody which caught everyone who saw it by surprise.
>being Evangelion
What's the comparison here, that they're both trash?
Based.
>very bloody
I'm only familiar with the anime and know little about the mobile game, but I seriously wouldn't expect someone to die in a show like this, despite all the weapons and combat.
That said, does this make the mobile game a different timeline?
It's probably metaphorical, but the shock of it is still big.
And relive was always a different timeline. Tho now time is finally moving forward a bit since there's a card about the 100th Starlight
Stage/anime/mobage are different timelines that sometimes reference each other
How is this series still going on? Is that a movie? What the fuck
I really liked the series but it just kind of ended, in a weak way
retard
No.
Yes.
Can't believe Nana murdered Karen.
>it just kind of ended, in a weak way
Not really. The ending was great and on point.
I watched the movie. Ask me anything.
I'm pretty shocked at the twist of events to be honest.
Did it feel rushed? I heard they remixed all the revue songs so putting so many revues in one movie seems pretty tight.
What were the remixes? And what was the new footage? Did they reanimate the Nana/Karen revue?
Everyone except Hikari, Karen and Nana got shafted.
The movie was structured such a way that if you haven't already watched the anime you'd have no fucking idea what's going on.
Junna's song got a rock remix. It segued into Mahiru's song which had an 8-bit remix.
Nana got a LOT more screen time.

good
After the canonical anime ending that we know, the scene cuts to Nana standing atop the Starlight tower. Giraffe asks Nana if she understood what this meant ("wakarimasu... Ka?")
Nana curtseys and a whole bunch of buttons, the ones that fasten the rope of the jacket, falls out from her skirt.
Then the scene cuts. Karen is dead, her body behind a wooden star and her jacket is pinned to the star by her sword.
All the other girls including Hikari are dead on the steps, in a bloody mess.
Then cut to Nana, she looks back at the audience. She says some things I forgot, because I was too busy trying to comprehend this new fuckery.
Then the ending song plays, which is a nice song. Nana gets a center image at the start. Karen gets one at the end.
Then an announcement that there will be another movie in 2021.
I'm still trying to take all this in, honestly
"Love Live genre" wtf Love Live isn't even the exponent of the genre
retard
>Nana got a LOT more screen time.
Nice
What the fuck
They are 1/3 raibus
I dont like Nana so I think I wont like the movie :/
>all that fuckery at the end
What the shit? So will the timeline be reset again?
Also regarding the title, Nana says "rondo rondo rondo" near the end. There's some context, of course.
Nana values observed, it must be true
Checked. So what’s the next step of your master plan, Banana?
Nana wills those quads and timelines
Welp, it's Banana day alright.
Did someone coff during the movie? Considering the audience is overwhelming overweight and with a terrible personal hygiene, that could mean massive infections
>coff
cough
