I've read the VN, if that's what you're implying. I would just love to see the Fate route get a high-budget and faithful adaptation (with Last Episode).

An F/HA adaptation would be nice as well but I don't think they'll ever do it.

If Excalibur Morgan projection was retconned then what did Shirou project to destroy the greater grail?

Something that worked exactly like Excalibur but wasn't actually Excalibur was Nasu's answer, I believe. I think it's stupid - what it the point of Archer being unable to trace Excalibur completely, instead of mostly?

This is not how retcons work. You can't just pretend something didn't happen because Nasu forgot about it

Shipfag shadenfreunde aside, it's pretty obvious it's gonna happen. It's just business and fate route is a guaranteed money maker, the last one left in the franchise before Ufotable has to move on to greener pastures.

I'll miss the OST, though. It was much better than either UBW's or HF's.

But isn't in VN UBW route Archer told Saber he can make copy of her sword? Not perfect but pretty strong copy? With Shirou having his arm I always thought that's pretty normal for him for last projection

I guess they're gonna mix both of them together? Maybe Shirou will project Excalibur but then get stopped by Illya before using it. Or maybe he'll use it to fight Alter or the Shadow alongside Rider
