With the anime returning next year, the misconceptions, personal opinions everyone has about Bleach and some hate that it gets, I thought it would be great to have a re-read with Zig Forums. It's a series that I adore with all of its flaws and shortcomings from beginning to end. Let's hope everyone is able to put their personal biases aside and can read the manga for what Kubo was trying to tell and then give their opinion on that at the end. Besides, it's been years since the manga ended and many forgot the details, so it would be good to refresh our memory before watching the anime next year. Maybe your opinion on the series could change, becoming more positive or negative.
I missed last thread so this is the next best place to post this. Last volume there was a scene where Chad said he promised to not use his fist for his own sake, which supposedly clashes with him becoming a boxer. This translations is missing a crutial detail, he actually says >決めてるんだ >I’m determined >俺は 自分のために拳は振るわない >I will not use my fists in a bad way for my own sake >アブウェロとの約束 だ >I promised my Abuelo Note the "not in a bad way" changes everything, it doesnt rule out using his fists for personal gain at all, as long as it not inmoral.
Another detail lost in the Viz scans: When Orihime fantacizes about being a boxer she wears a shirt with "gonzales gym" on it, and later during the fullbring arc its revealed that Chad is a member of said gym.
>I'm glad he missed me even if it landed on you I doubt you would have received anything more than a scratch so all the special spiritual organs that are used to identify a person is gone, so other than its look, you can't really prove the dead person is really Aizen right?

Another pacebreaker title page, a thing Kubo likes to do a lot
