It's clear that Hisu proposed Eren to get her pregnant since it makes no sense asking Eren how he feels getting pregnant by someone she doesn't love plus it contradicts her character and theme of the story choosing to have a baby for the sake of a plan, not because she wanted it. Why she suddenly decided to get pregnant is something we won't exactly know till its explained.
