Sell. RSR is an unoriginal shitcoin with a supply of 100 billion. It went from a top 90 coin all the way down to 111 in just a couple weeks. Meanwhile AMPL jumped from top 70 to top 30 in that same amount of time, and right now AMPL is unphased by the movement of BTC and ETH. That should tell you a lot right there.
