Depends how they pick the shipping, melonbooks like tora have the option to ship every 1/2 weeks, so you can place multiple orders within that time frame and at given days they will just shipp all of your orders together. I would guess most proxies would pick this option and save some shipping, even if they do charge the customer the full shipping price as if it was an immediate shipping.
If they did pick to ship your order immediately it should take 1 day to get it accepted, 1 more to get it shipped and most likely arrive by the third one to your proxy if they are within the tokyo area
