Baki's artstyle is pretty unique and gives it a nice flavor while kengan is pretty generic.
Although if there's one thing I hate about baki it's that the mangaka ditched baki's original looks for a shitty generic wavy hair style MC.

In kengan the author take himself seriously and this make him and his manga ridiculous only.

In Kengan, anatomy is taken seriously most of the time and is drawn so. In Baki, their bodies are almost a fucking parody of actual anatomy, he knows what he's doing though. It's anatomically correct but intentionally distorted because it looks cool.

Kengan art is really really inconsistent, posting a single page wouldn't really be representative of what it looks like desu. You can find some really fucking shit panels and you can find some godly panels, and the shitty panels will all be shit in different ways and all the godly panels will be great in different ways. I swear there's actually like 4 different people drawing the manga sometimes and all of them are bipolar.
In comparison Baki is a lot more consistent and looks good most of the time, iconic even, but there is something to be said about the lack of variety

Baki's artstyle is goofier and weirder, but as many people pointed out, Kengan's artstyle is more inconsistent and has some serious QUALITY moments

Baki's has a cool sense of motion and general grotesque intensity, which makes for compelling fights as characters break down into their most feral and wild.
Early Kengan had a really cool sketchy, punky style that helped really establish a gritty tone befitting morally bankrupt underground fights. Middle Kengan, while cleaner and had more apparent technical skill as Daro improved lost a good amount of identity. At least the punches were really good. Current Kengan's really iffy and I wanna blame the pandemic and other circumstances as there's shit like some characters straight-up having jpeg artifacts on them while others are in HD clarity in the exact same panel, and this is all definitely a huge consequence snowballed from choosing to go digital instead of traditional.
