nu-Nishizumi style is about on-the-fly adaptation. That's why only Miho can really do it, she's the only one autistic enough to determine the right counterplay regardless of the game state and available units. Naturally, Maho knows this which is why in their match she prepared numerous counter-counter-strategies to stay one step ahead, even if she herself wasn't flexible enough to implement them properly. It's also why she didn't hesitate propping up Miho as top commander in the university match since she knew no one else was gonna manage to organize units from seven different schools on short notice.
