Because he was arrogant and didnt saw ichigo as a threat until he showed up after learning the ultimate getsuga tenshou.

He wanted Ichigo to serve as a miniboss to level his god form before he went after the Soul King. There's no point to that if he's already put Ichigo under a technique that ensures he'll have no difficulty fighting him.

I think Kubo is kind of a faggot for creating bankai and then not showing off EVERY bankai in the series, despite the fact that these certain characters clearly knew bankai. Some bankai abilities and attacks were kind of stupid though and not creative at all.

Aizen evolution was shit, his final form feels way weaker and more generic than the power of his shikai.

Based on what aizen says at the end of FKT, he was already in the transcendent state with his zanpakuto as it merges with him and he can summon it physically at his will during TYBW.
