Just says they made S1. There is no mention of maid dragon on KyoAni site and twitter for more than a year.

Maid Dragon was Takemoto passion project and Takemoto is dead. KyoAni not even once ever announced that they are involved in MD S2. You can just go to their site and twitter and see - there is zero mentions, while they now very actively advertise everything else.
Anyone claiming S2 is being made by KyoAni is spereading unfoundedn and untrue rumors.
