Just how much has Togashi been inspired by Jojo?

Not trolling, not falseflagging, not trying to be disingenuous, but I managed to find yet ANOTHER thing that seems very inspired from Jojo, in HxH - despite the list already being very long.

Araki is probably Togashi's second biggest influence after Toriyama

Trolling, falseflagging, succeeding at being disingenuous. Sad!

Examples of Toriyama influence?
Also, OP here, the top red line just indicates the reading order (right to left)

Go back, b& underage

Have you even read HxH? Gon's whole character is a criticism of Goku.

Oh fuck I thought Gon was just the sum total of all shonen protagonists, never thought of him as directly criticizing Goku - I read the two series like 7 years apart.

>No argument.
Saged and reported.

*Criticizing the sum total

Togashi likes to study the market, he makes a lot of references to other works in Shonen Jump, for example the Zodiac Twelve designs are clearly based off One Piece, but the biggest influence is of course Dragon Ball.

You're literally a child taking his first baby steps in Zig Forums. Go back to Discord. I created OC and am trying to actually have a discussion about Togashi's influenced.

Very interested, I never even related the zodiacs to one piece - what are they specifically referencing, Wano characters? Or just reminiscent of the crazy designs in One Piece?

What the fuck is wrong with this thread.

the board is full of ledditors today, watch out citzen.

Quite a bit, but I think it's something that's been well-digested and reconfigured. I don't think his work reflects Araki's work nearly as much as Kurumada's -- especially YYH and the earlier HxH material.

ur a little bitch with no power kys stupid cracker

List TEN examples of shonen where a ripple-like qigong-type of life energy is used to first palpitate through a cave wall and then to blast the detected enemies through the same spot.

>Examples of Toriyama influence?
Every single page of YYH and HxH. Togashi is quite open about it.

this comparison very succinctly shows the virtues of brevity

I'm convinced Togashi was inspired by Laozi. Both Gon and Komugi are saints.
